Authentic Leadership for Senior Leaders
Yearlong Cohort Experience
Program Overview
Small group. A safe and confidential space for up to 6 leaders to explore the hidden factors that may be limiting them from tapping into their most honest and powerful leadership.
Experiential, not theoretical. Two separate “Authentic Leadership Intensive” virtual group experiences to engage with our professional actors (across two different 2-day intensives) and ongoing 1:1 coaching (5 sessions) and group coaching (2 sessions).
One year to break patterns. An opportunity to stay focused throughout the year on understanding and breaking patterns that are causing stress – to experience how energizing and liberating truly “authentic leadership” can be.
New and deep connections. An experience for leaders who feel open and ready to take part in a vulnerable experience to learn about themselves in community with others.
During this yearlong cohort, leaders will learn:
-How to begin breaking free from the hold of ego by gaining awareness, disrupting unconscious patterns and developing their instincts and intelligences
-What it feels like to lead when truly OFF “autopilot” – free from the hidden commitments and patterns that keep us from being truly honest with ourselves and others
-Their specific Enneagram ego type and how that defines a set of assumptions, behavior patterns, and attachments that can put them on “autopilot”
-How their ego type is causing some of the specific challenges and stressors they’re facing in their daily leadership experience

Cost & Registration
The cost is $7750 per participant.
For organizations registering more than one leader for the cohort, the cost is $6750 per participant.

Who is the Facilitator?
Tom Kaiser is the co-founder of Authentic Leaders and has led over one hundred multi-day Authentic Leadership Intensives with nearly one thousand leaders from around the country. He is a trained Enneagram practitioner and former school leader and Chief Talent Officer.
