Our School Leader Recharge intensive is a 2-day intensive simulation designed for school leaders to gain awareness of how the pressures of the past few years are impacting their leadership and well-being, and to actively experiment with what it would feel like to stay truly present to their own needs and feelings, and be truly present with their team -- without "owning" or assuming the full weight of their team’s experiences and feelings.
